Your satisfaction with the product(s) received through our TV Risk-Free Trial offer has enrolled you in our Auto Re-Order Discount program. As implied by the name of this program, enrolled customers enjoy prices that are discounted below that of our standard retail pricing. Further, shipping and handling prices are reduced compared to those within the TV Risk-Free Trial offer. Please see advertised product pricing.
As mentioned previously, to obtain best results, it is recommended that the Skin Therapy be applied daily for at least 8 to 12 weeks and the Food Supplement is intended to be added to your pet’s daily food ration indefinitely to maintain good health. The TV Risk-Free Trial offer is based upon delivery of a 4 oz bottle of Skin Therapy or a 4 oz bottle of Food Supplement.
For an average size pet, the 4 oz Skin Therapy that you initially received, represents a 30 day supply. Therefore, upon enrollment in the Auto Re-Order Discount Program, a 4 oz bottle (refill) of Skin Therapy will be immediately shipped and billed to the customer and we will re-fill the 4 oz bottle order each and every subsequent 30 days thereafter.
For an average size pet, the 4 oz Food Supplement that you initially received, represents a 15 day supply. Because our program is 30 days, upon enrollment in the Auto Re-Order Discount Program, an 8 oz bottle (refill) of Food Supplement will be immediately shipped and billed to the customer and we will re-fill the 8 oz bottle order each and every subsequent 30 days thereafter.
The company will continue to make these shipments and billings, until such time as it receives written notice (letter), sent to it, with delivery confirmation, that the customer is no longer satisfied with the product(s) or is no longer in need of the product(s), and therefore wishes to be removed from the Auto Re-Order Discount Program.
Upon receipt of the customer’s desire to be removed, the customer will be removed within 15 days*. Any orders scheduled to be shipped and billed within the initial 15 days* will be consummated. Any orders scheduled after the initial 15 days* will be terminated.
* Time is of the essence in these matters.
Friends & Family Discount Program
Any existing customer that is participating in the company’s Auto Re-Order Discount Program, that introduces the company’s products to a new customer, at a new address, can qualify for additional discounted prices within our Friends & Family Discount Program. At the time of enrollment, the new customer shall enroll under the existing customer’s registration number. The existing customer shall become eligible for additional discounts when the new customer has been a member in good standing for a period of 60 days. Please see advertised product pricing.
It is my understanding that Pet Skin Doctor (PSD) offers a money back satisfaction guarantee (shipping and handling non-refundable) on their products. It is also my understanding that upon written notice, I will be removed from any discount programs that I am enrolled in and can cancel purchasing any and all products of PSD and have no further financial obligation whatsoever.
